Contingency Permanent
Benjamin Douglas uses a number of sourcing methods to ensure we can find and attract the best candidates on the market. Firstly, we spread our net wide by gaining access to a number of different job boards, some industry specific, others more generalized. We advertise across these job boards, although we find that the vast majority of our candidates are sourced through headhunting and networking techniques. Through Benjamin Douglas’s online industry presence, clients are given an unlimited advertising budget, the cost of which is covered by us. This includes advertisements in society publications, related public press and related Internet job boards.
