Our Client is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst in Miami, FL!

Job Description:

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data and preparing month end consolidation and executive financial reporting package. The Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with accounting team members to ensure accuracy of financial data. The Senior Financial Analyst will collaborate with leaders across the organization to help gather, analyze and provide reporting on department level data impacting company financials. The Senior Financial Analyst will also be responsible for performing forecasting and budget analysis as well as prepare various financial and operational reports as needed. Able to perform routine work independently. Receives instructions on new projects/initiatives.

-Set up Professional Services projects in the PSA tool

-Ensure bookings are reflected properly in the PSA tool

-Fulfill daily resource requests and carry out resource allocation and forecast processes

-Act as point of contact for resource booking confirmation, conflict resolutions and development of solutions in support of business goals

-Work to resolve issues regarding under or over allocations of the Professional Services team

-Assist with managing and increasing the utilization for the Professional Services team

-Monitor day to day project activities and resourcing, identifying potential instances of underutilization and actively work with Practice Leaders to address and solve those issues

-Maintains Resources Skills Board, Calendars and tasks associated with Internal Productive and Non-productive projects

-Other duties as assigned by management

-Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or Accounting
