Types of Engagement Models

At Benjamin Douglas, we are passionate about finding the right talent and fit for roles within your organization. We are highly accountable to the outcome of every engagement. Simply put, our contingency recruiters do not earn a fee unless/until we place exceptional talent with our client-partner.

Contingency

Benjamin Douglas use a number of sourcing methods to ensure we can find and attract the best candidates on the market. Firstly, we spread our net wide by gaining access to a number of different job boards, some industry specific, others more generalized. We advertise across these job boards, although we find that the vast majority of our candidates are sourced through headhunting and networking techniques. Through Benjamin Douglas’s online industry presence, clients are given an unlimited advertising budget, the cost of which is covered by us. This includes advertisements in society publications, related public press and related Internet job boards.

Contract

Through our experience in the contract market, Benjamin Douglas is well versed in the supply of consultants to temporary positions and offer the full range of contractor services from full-cycle recruitment to contractor payroll management and advice. As a client you have the peace of mind that your designated Contract Recruitment Consultant has the experience and network to deliver an efficient solution to your contract requirement through our organizational structure.

Executive Search- Retained

Benjamin Retained search is particularly appropriate when the need is urgent, the hire will have a significant impact on company performance, or new opportunities emerge that must be quickly addressed. Retained executive search represents a commitment from both sides and sends a strong message to candidates that the company highly values this opportunity. This is typically Director, VP or C-Level searches only.
